Sushi suggestions?

Hi all,

It is getting to be that time of year when I really start craving sushi. I'd highly appreciate any suggestions about where to find really good sushi. Preferrably in or near Redmond, and yes I already know about Todai. They have good sushi, but not the best selection all the time, and rather expensive for not being able to get exactly what I want.

There's also MarineLand Sushipolis in downtown Bellevue, if you're amused by the concept of colorful little plates of sushi riding by on a conveyor belt. The price is color-coded by the the plates. Green is, I think, $2.00 and for that you get 3 or 4 pieces of cucumber roll, etc.

It's kinda odd, but it IS a relatively inexpensive way of getting sushi, especially if you eat slowly.
