Sushi suggestions?

Hi all,
It is getting to be that time of year when I really start craving sushi. I'd highly appreciate any suggestions about where to find really good sushi. Preferrably in or near Redmond, and yes I already know about Todai. They have good sushi, but not the best selection all the time, and rather expensive for not being able to get exactly what I want.
Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Date: 2005-07-13 11:14 pm (UTC)Rikki Rikki's in Kirkland is excellent.
I Love Sushi in Bellevue has good prices on lunches (check out their Chirasizushi, if you haven't before).
And of course Musashi's on 45th in in Wallingford kicks everyone's ass for less money.

Date: 2005-07-13 11:20 pm (UTC)Musashi's in Wallingford, and Shilla on Denny, are excellent. Shilla has the best unagi ever.
In Bellevue: I Love Sushi and Mama San are pretty good. Marineopolis Sushi Land in Bellevue is solid, cheap kaiten sushi (conveyor belt)- a good deal.
You might check out Sushi Finder.

Date: 2005-07-14 12:46 am (UTC)Sushi-to-go can be had from Uwajimaya, 156th and 24th, Trader Joes (semi-ubiquitous), or the Fred's over near Redmond Way and East Lake Sammamish actually has their own sushi chef.

That's not so helpful.
I make good sushi!
You should come have dinner with Etienne and I when we're in Seattle, and I'll make sushi.
Look how I bribe you. ;)

Date: 2005-07-14 03:41 am (UTC)It's kinda odd, but it IS a relatively inexpensive way of getting sushi, especially if you eat slowly.
