What are the three things you like least? You seem to be (1) too hard on yourself (2) thinking others are more critical of you than they actually are (3) allow others to hurt you, who don't deserve that much consideration (I do this too, I'm thinking of my Dad, and I seem to remember reading something about being made to feel guilty by your family etc. from a long time ago. If I'm remembering wrong, disregard that one)
