(no subject)

Today's been a pretty good day overall.

The downs were coming in to work today to discover that the other admin called in sick, again; going to make my sandwich only to discover the bread I have here had gone moldy; being headachy and tired.

The ups were getting to eat good sushi, even found unagi that had less of the little bones than normal; feeling calm and centered to a greater degree than I was expecting; getting emails from folks; being able to contribute some good comments on lj; enjoying _March to the Sea_ and probably finishing it tonight.

All in all, I'm pretty much feeling that life is good, things'll work out, and still content. Part of me is wondering if I'm doing too well, given stuff that's been going on. *shrug* If I am, I"m not complaining.

Looking forward to joining some friends for the Fourth, and making my sesame chicken to share with everyone.

Yeah, debating if I should make it tonight or tomorrow. Probably should shop for ingrediants tonight. Might do most of the prep work tonight too, but I'd rather cook it tomorrow so it is fresh... Planning on making lots more than I brought for game day, since that vanished way quicker than I'd expected.
