Question I was asked at work today.

Are you deliberately wearing black because it is Valentine's Day, like [co-worker]?

Honestly, no, I just threw on the first clean shirt I grabbed. Mind you, it's not a bad way to protest some of the aspects of this day that I hate, but it certainly wasn't planned that way.

I like the comment I've seen elsewhere, today's just Thursday. It's a Thursday where going out to eat is a pain in the tailfeathers, but it is still just Thursday.
