Nov. 13th, 2007 10:45 amGenerally, January is a down and rather blah time of the year for me. The holidays are past but it isn't even remotely springtime yet, and while I do appreciate winter I'm usually getting heartily sick of the cold and dark by late January.
At the moment, I'm looking forward to late-ish January more than Christmas, because of Conflikt. =)
If you love or even remotely like filk music, this is the place to be January 25th-27th. A whole slew of musicians whose music speaks to me and who are otherwise completely awesome people will be there. And I'm very happy to be playing a small role in helping that happen with a few of them. Check out the website, and come help us inaugurate the first year of the PNW's new filk con!
